Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery time within the continental United States can take 1-4 business days. We require exchanges and returns to be processed within 45 days from your purchase date. We are pleased to provide prepaid shipping labels and bags for convenient product exchanges or returns.

Exchanges: 
The fastest way to process an exchange is to place a new order online. Return the original item with the enclosed prepaid label and bag. Once we receive the original order, we will process the refund on condition of the item.

Returns: 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Wash in cold or warm water preferred in gentle cycle.  Best to turn shirt inside out for wash to retain color, then tumble dry or line dry.
